I have not yet received my order, where is it?
The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen shipping method. The Registered Airmail usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive but might take a bit longer to certain countries. Please see the Shipping Info page and the Order Tracking page for more information.
It has already taken XX days and I still have not received my order.
Under certain peak periods and during holidays the delivery time may be longer than the estimated. No need to worry! Your order is on it's way but may take a little bit longer than usual. Please see the Shipping Info page for more information.
How can I track my order?
If you have chosen a shipping method that includes tracking information, you can track your order online after it has been shipped. Please see the Order Tracking page for more information.
The order confirmation including the tracking code will be emailed to you automatically when placing an order. Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Please check the spam folder in case the message has ended up there.
When will a product be back in stock?
If the product in question is out of stock, you can order an automatic e-mail notification from the product page. You will then be notified when the product has arrived at our warehouse. We try to re-stock all products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some products are seasonal and might not be available at all times.
