How much are the sipping costs for my order?
The shipping costs for you order depend on the size and weight of the products and the shipping destination.
To calculate the shipping costs you can add the products to the shopping cart
and choose the destination country. The form will calculate the estimated shipping costs for the products currently in your shopping cart.
I created an order but the payment process was not finished.
If for some reason the payment for your order could not be completed the order will be removed from our system automatically. You can create the same order again and try the payment again.
Can I pick up my order?
At the moment we only deliver orders by mail.
The order confirmation has not arrived to my e-mail inbox.
Some e-mail programs and services may accidentally send the automatic order confirmation to a spam folder. Please check your
junk or spam folder or add our e-mail address to your list of trusted senders.
