Blippo.com is an online store operated by Polarpanda Oy, Helsinki, Finland (y:1856733-9). The following terms and conditions will be used in trade between Blippo.com and all its customers.
Blippo sells products to all at least 18 years old customers as well as companies and organizations.
Blippo sells products to customers under 18 years only with the permission of the parent or guardian.
Terms of sale and delivery
1. Ordering
1.1 When placing and order the customer must always provide
a) As a consumer: name, email, mail address and telephone number.
b) As a business customer: company name, contact person, email, mail address, company ID and telephone number.
c) An underaged customer must also provide the name and email of a guardian in the Comments field when confirming the order.
d) A customer who orders games or DVD movies must also provide his date of birth in the Comments field when confirming the order.
1.2 When making each order the customer agrees with the then current conditions of contract, ordering and delivery.
1.3 Blippo’s customer register is confidential, and Blippo does not share customer information with parties others than those mentioned in this contract.
1.4 All communication between Blippo and its customers is done by email. The customer agrees to monitor his email after making and order.
1.5 A binding commercial agreement will come into effect when customer has made an order. The system will confirm the order automatically with an email.
1.6 Blippo restricts the right to limit sales in large quantities for example due to availability problems.
1.7 In case of problems in availability, import restrictions of restrictions by authorities Blippo’s liability limits to canceling the purchase and returning money paid in advance.
1.8 All products are sold on as is basis. Read carefully the product description on the product page.
1.9 If the customer doesn’t approve the product, it must be returned to Blippo within the 14 days return right.
1.10 Blippo can refer to a mistake in case of a clear product error, for example if the error is so obvious the customer should have noticed it.
1.11 Blippo is not responsible for information or material provided in links outside this site.
1.12 Blippo invokes the right to choose its customers.
2. Pricing
2.1 Prices shown in the catalogue include VAT (22% for EU countries, 0% for non-EU countries), but not shipping costs.
2.2 The shopping cart will show shipping costs after selecting shipping method.
2.3 All prices on this site apply only to orders made in the online store by using the shopping cart. Orders cannot be placed by email, fax, telephone or mail.
2.4 The products will be delivered with the price current at the time of making the order despite of possible changes in price after ordering.
2.5 All product descriptions can be seen on the product page. Returning an incorrect or defective product is free of costs, and the product must be returned within a reasonable time since noticing the mistake. Free return shipping is available only for returns made within Finland.
2.6 Blippo can refer to a mistake in price in case of a clear error, for example if the mistake is so obvious the customer should have understood it.
3. Terms of delivery
3.1 Blippo delivers products within the delivery time shown on the product page. We try our best to notify the customer if the delivery is postponed for more than 7 days.
3.2 The customer has a right to cancel the order at any time. If the customer doesn't want to collect or cash the delivery from the post office, it is recommended to notify Blippo by email.
3.3 If a product is lost or damaged during delivery from customer to Blippo the customer or the Post of Finland is held responsible.
3.4 When sending goods to Blippo the customer must keep all documents such as a dispatch note.
3.5 All ordered items are shipped in one dispatch. Bad availability of one item does not bind Blippo to reserve or ship separately other items in the same order.
3.6 The shipment will be made according to shipping options shown on shipping information page.
4. Terms of Payment
4.1 Payment is made according to payment options shown on payment information page.
4.2 Orders made by business customers are also paid according to payment options shown on payment information page.
4.3 When paying by Bank Transfer the order must be paid withing 7 days. Orders that haven't been paid will be cancelled. All bank charges of both parties must be paid by the customer.
5. Return rights
5.1 According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers of the Blippo online store have the right to return their order or parts of it within 14 days from receiving the order.
5.2 The product must be unused and in new condition, including the package and manual. The package must be opened carefully. The customer has a right to try and test the product as he would when buying it in a store. The customer has a right to try the product, but not take it into use without losing the right of return.
5.3 Opened DVD's, CD's or games are not returnable, neither are any unsaleable or used products. This also applies to all sealed collectible items.
5.4 The date of purchase is considered to be the date the package is collected or claimed from the post office. The customer is responsible for proving the date of purchase, for example with a receipt from post office.
5.5 If Blippo in an exception accepts the return of an unsaleable or incomplete item, we will charge handling costs the minimum of 25% of the price of the item.
5.6 All returns must be delivered in an original packaging packed carefully and without needless notes. A copy of purchasing receipt must be attached, and on a separate note with contact information, bank information and the cause of return if the product is flawed.
5.7 The return can be made by mail. Returning is free of charge when the customer uses the customer return label by the Post of Finland. Always use the customer return label and Blippo's customer return number (for Finnish customers only).
5.8 Blippo will not cash unpaid shipments, shipments made by Cash-on-Delivery or any shipments by other than mail service.
5.9 Blippo will charge the costs of needless returns from customer according to current rates. Incomplete returns and items sent for ater-sales service will be sent back at the cost of the customer.
5.10 The return right for a given item is for that item only. The delay in delivering one item does not warrant for a longer return time for another item.
5.11 Customers outside of Finland must pay all costs for returning products.
6. Warranty
6.1 According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act all products have a warranty period of at least six months.
6.2 The warranty period starts from the date shown on the invoice or receipt and lasts for the time defined on the receipt. Warranty change or repair doesn't extend the original warranty time for that item.
6.3 If the manufacturer, importer or authorised repair shop offers a warranty for the product, Blippo's responsibility in handling the warranty is limited to the general regulations stated in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
6.4 All warranty returns are tested first. A condition for the warranty is the use of the item according to the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. Blippo can be freed from warranty if it is made plausible that the breaking or impairment of an item is because of an accident, incorrect use of the item or any other cause on customer's side. Also if later it is noticed by the manufacturer or the repair shop that the breaking of the item is caused by customer's carelessness Blippo has the right to charge all costs from the customer.
6.5 The warranty does not cover damage caused by programs, viruses or power cuts, damage caused by improper storing or cleaning, thunder, improper use or other neglect of instructions including faults in installation by the customer or physical breaking of the item. The warranty does not cover wearing caused by normal use and possible breaking because of this. Only components and accessories approved by the manufacturer can be used with the products.
6.6 Products must be used with an earthed electric socket.
6.7 If an item is broken because of any cause mentioned in 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6, Blippo will return the item to the customer and charge current handling costs and shipping costs.
6.8 According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the customer must inform the warrantor of a flaw in a reasonable time since he noticed the flaw, or should have noticed it.
6.9 Blippo will not cash unpaid shipments, shipments made by Cash-on-Delivery or any shipments by other than mail service.
6.10 In case of a warranty return the customer must use the packing and shipping directions for customer returns.
6.11 Blippo will charge the costs of needless returns and warranty repairs from customer according to current rates. A return or repair is needless if for example the product is undamaged, not within the warranty or return time or the definition of a return of warranty repair is otherwise not fulfilled (read 6.1 - 6.11). Finding a broken part or item in a package is a separate chargeable service.
6.12 Incomplete items sent to warranty repair we will send back to the customer on customer's charge.
7. Complaints
7.1 In case of possible incorrect deliveries or any other complaints always contact Blippo first.
7.2 According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the customer must inform Blippo of a flaw in a reasonable time since he noticed the flaw, or should have noticed it.
Terms of use
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Polarpanda Oy, Finland ("Blippo"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of Finland.

The copyright in all material provided on this Site is held by Blippo or by the original creator of the material. Except as stated herein, none of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Blippo or the copyright owner. Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. You also may not, without Blippo's permission, "mirror" any material contained on this Site on any other server. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Government Restricted Rights
The materials on this Site are provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS." Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in applicable laws and regulations. Use of the materials by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Blippo's proprietary rights in them.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Blippo be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Blippo or a Blippo authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Our Transmissions
Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this Site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Blippo or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products.
