Not bad, sticks to your teethReview by Nicole
This is a reorder. Mostly just has a sweet taste with mild tangy-fruit flavour. (Posted on 10/31/2020)
Not bad, just not what I was expecting.Review by Nir
It's very sweet, I think it's brown sugar? It has a slight tangy taste like a fruity note, but mostly tastes like a kind of brown sugar that is more moist/has more molassas than the typical Western kind of brown sugar. The texture is somewhat similar to taffy, as it doesn't have the same 'bounce' as mochi does and is more sticky. Very dense kind of candy and it can stick to your teeth if you're not careful. It is wrapped in rice paper which is totally edible, it also confused me at first! If I had not read Jana's review, I would not have remembered what it was haha!

If you don't have mochi around your area, this is an okay substitute! It's more like candy that is imitating mochi and/or dango. (Posted on 10/13/2020)

So enjoyable to eat!Review by Jana
At first, I was confused by what appeared to be a plastic wrapper tacked onto the mochi...I even tried to take it off, but when I couldn't I decided that it was just "a little plastic" so I ate it!! ...and turns out it totally dissolved. It was wrapped in rice paper! So that made it more fun to eat as the rice paper is a different texture than the mochi! I was also curious by the taste--the millet flavor is extremely light and alost has the same kind of sweetness like raisins. Very enjoyable, glad I got to eat some mochi for the New Year! I truly appreciate it and I hope you restock soon, as I already want more!~ :) (Posted on 1/6/2019)
