Ordered this plushie because I love to collect Pote Usa Loppy! I asked the site for the next availability as he was out of stock, and they were quick to send me an email as soon as they had more. The plushie itself was marked at such a great price, and the $40+ Free shipping to AU had me amazed. This was my first time ordering but already, prices did not increase drastically.
The plushie came very quickly (much to my surprise) and was bigger than what I had imagined. He came packaged in a clear plastic bag. Something that threw me off was his pink cheeks which are a lot more prominent than as advertised in the photo. Everything else was fine but the difference was very alarming as my other Pote Usa's had faded cheeks much like the product photo. If I had to comment on anything Blippo could do better, it's definitely fixing the lighting on some of their photos as I've noticed this happens on some other plushies. When the lighting reworks a plushies colours, the difference becomes very jarring when you receive it. Other than the cheeks, the colours were fine and true to the photo. He's truly adorable and essential for every Pote Usa collector.
As for service, I had emailed Blippo for customer support regarding the lighting issue, and I received an email back soon after. They were very respectful regarding my concerns (that I may have received a faulty one) and checked before reassuring me that all their Pote Usa's had the same blush. They attached other photos to put me at ease and were very polite. Only goes to show how professionally the site runs!
