Bourbon Mochi Truffles - Chocolate Banana

I enjoyed these :) There are 8 good-sized pieces of mochi in the box, separated into 2 separately sealed packs (4 pieces per pack) which is appreciated, to keep things fresh. Each pack also has a little wooden skewer/pick for removing and eating the mochi, which is thoughtful since they're covered in cocoa powder :)

Overall, the banana taste is nice (not artificial, reminded me of banana bread) and the mochi center is a lovely texture :) The chocolate flavor of the ganache and the cocoa powder coating isn't very strong and just acts as a compliment to the banana and mochi.
