Pre-order products are items that have not yet arrived at our warehouse but are available to reserve in advance. The estimated shipping period is stated on each product page. Payment is collected when the order is placed.

Important: Pre-order items must be purchased separately from in-stock products. Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will have the pre-order item(s) canceled.

Once a pre-order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Pre-order items will be shipped once all items included in the pre-order are available. If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.
