The description says these mini cookies are crispy on the outside and the inside has a smooth chocolate filling that melts in your mouth. The cookies that I received did not have crispy outsides but more like a dry chewy texture that I usually taste from soft cookies made with artificial flavors. The chocolate filling was the same dry chewy texture as the outside of the cookie. I guess if you like the soft artificial flavored cookies sold in the US, then you would probably like these cookies.
